Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

By installing the ChainGuard browser extension or using chainxguard.indevs.in, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the extension or site.

What ChainGuard is

ChainGuard is a browser extension that runs automated checks (honeypot simulation, liquidity lock status, mint/freeze authority, holder concentration, bundle tracing, and optional social-sentiment analysis) on Solana and BSC token contracts, and displays the results as a Trust Score from 0-100.

Not financial advice

ChainGuard is a research tool, not a financial advisor. The Trust Score is a heuristic built from available on-chain and off-chain signals — it is not a guarantee that a token is safe, legitimate, or will not lose value. See our Disclaimer for details. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Free tier and paid scan packages

Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse or circumvent free-tier scan limits (e.g. via multiple accounts or automation designed to evade rate limits), resell or redistribute API access purchased through ChainGuard without permission, or use the extension to attack, scrape abusively, or disrupt the third-party services it relies on.

Third-party dependency

ChainGuard relies on third-party data providers (DexScreener, RugCheck, GoPlus, Helius, xAI, OpenAI, and others). We don't control their uptime, accuracy, or pricing, and we're not liable for outages, rate limits, or inaccurate data originating from them.

No warranty

The extension and site are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Trust Score or analysis.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainGuard and its creators are not liable for any trading losses, missed gains, or other damages arising from your use of (or reliance on) the extension, the Trust Score, or any content on this site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves (for example, as pricing or scan-package structure changes). Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

This is a plain-language draft, not legal advice. Before this product handles meaningful payment volume, these terms should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction — including governing law and dispute-resolution clauses, which are intentionally left out of this draft.
